Working in social care gives me great satisfaction knowing I've made a difference. What attracted me to The Grange was the diversity and inclusion that is widely supported by everyone here. Everyone welcomes you with wide arms and an open heart, I have found my second home here.

Anonymous feedback from our annual staff survey

There are so many lovely things I feel I should share. Firstly, let's look at the beautiful surroundings around the Grange. How lucky we are. People we support are amazing. Facilities team, finance teams and others are always there to help.  Same as Team Leaders and Manager- always there when I need them. They often help with day-to-day tasks.  It’s heartening to see how everyone comes together, not just to complete tasks, but with a genuine desire to enhance the quality of life for everyone involved.
